Terms & Conditions

Countries and shipping charges
We deliver to all countries within the EU, and to the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, Turkey, Åland Islands, Iceland, Croatia, Faroe Islands, South Africa, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Shipping within Sweden is 79 SEK, within the EU 15 €(EUR) and 13 £ (GBP) to the UK.
No shipping charge for orders above 995 SEK within Sweden.
No shipping charge for orders above149 €  (EUR) within the EU.
No shipping charge for orders above 135 £ (GBP) within the UK.

The US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico - $20 (USD). Applies to all orders.
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Hong Kong and Singapore - $30 (USD). Applies to all orders.
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, Turkey and Åland Islands - 15 € (EUR). Applies to all orders.
Japan, Taiwan, Korea, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Kuwait -19 € (EUR). Applies to all orders.
Iceland, Croatia, Faroe Islands and South Africa - 25 € (EUR). Applies to all orders.

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy are payable by our customers on delivery from the UPS. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


Card payment
We currently accept VISA and MasterCard. When paying with credit card, payment is managed by our payment partner DIBS to guarantee fast, secure payment. Once you have chosen the items you wish to purchase and logged in, select credit card as payment method and you will be transferred to a DIBS secure payment server. Select the type of card (Visa or MasterCard); provide the card number and expiry date. Checks are made that this information is correct and that there are sufficient funds in the account. The amount is set aside within your account and may result in your not being able to access it (depending on the policy of the credit institution concerned) until it has been transferred to Boob Design AB. The money will be transferred to Boob Design AB by DIBS the same day goods are shipped.

All transactions are transmitted encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are fully secure. We also use 3D Secure for maximum security. For further information about card payments, visit DIBS at www.dibs.se.

If you are shopping from Finland you can also make direct payments via Internet banking if you have a Nordea account.

Invoice payments within Sweden
In co-operation with Klarna AB (previously Kreditor) we are able to offer payment against invoice if you make purchases within Sweden. Klarna AB manages invoicing and all payments are made to Klarna AB. If you choose this payment method your invoice will be sent when gods are shipped and you will have 14 days from shipping date in which to pay. In the case of a delayed payment, a reminder fee of the amount permitted by law – currently 50 SEK – will be charged together with 24% interest on the overdue payment, plus the applicable reference rate. The usual credit checks will take place without a courtesy copy. An extra charge of 35 SEK (VAT included) is payable when the invoice payment method is chosen. The invoice fee will not be returned in the event of returns/cancellations.

Note that deliveries will only take place to electoral register addresses when invoice payment is selected. The invoice is not included in your delivery but will be sent via email from Klarna when we ship your package.

Basic requirements for invoice purchasing via Klarna:

  • You must be over 18 years old.
  • You must have no record of non-payment of debts.
  • You must not have previous unpaid demands from Klarna.

Order confirmation
Once we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. Check that your order confirmation is correct. If a product is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible by email.

Delivery
Orders received before 12pm are usually shipped the same or the following day. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 working days for orders outside the EU. Note however that delivery may take longer in a few cases and we reserve the right to take up to 10 working days to complete the delivery. We are not responsible for damage resulting from delivery times being exceeded, but you nevertheless have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of extended delivery time.

If the goods are lost or damaged during transport, Boob Design AB is liable for repayment. If you have received damaged or spoiled goods you must report this within 14 days.

Schenker
We ship all consignments within Sweden by Schenker. You will receive a package ID in your order confirmation and you can easily trace your package at www.privatpaket.se. Schenker will notify you regarding package collection, in the first instance via the mobile phone number you have provided, in the second via email or package notice. The package may only be collected by you the purchaser and not by your agent.

UPS
Consignments to the rest of the EU are shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation and you can easily trace your package at www.ups.com. UPS will deliver straight to your home (or to another delivery address provided). UPS will make three delivery attempts. If you are not home when UPS delivers your package they will leave a message in your letter box. At the top of the message you will see the date which refers to the first, second or final delivery attempt. If UPS is unsuccessful on all three attempts they will hold the consignment at the nearest UPS office for five working days before returning it to the sender.

UPS will leave a message for you if nobody is at home when they make a delivery attempt. It will include information on how to contact them for other delivery options.

Collection: Your consignment will be held for around one week at the nearest UPS office for collection.
Delivery to a new address: Provide a different delivery address for the consignment.
Change the delivery date: Provide a new date when you will be available to receive the consignment.

Return the consignment to sender: UPS will return your consignment to sender.

Returns & Exchanges
According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have the right to return fault-free ordered goods without providing a reason, however no later than 14 days from the time of collecting the consignment.

Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and any original packaging remaining. As the customer you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us. You must pay return postage yourself in the case of cancellation or exchange. Returns may not take place COD. BoobDesign AB will not refund any shipping charges additional to the original order. However, we will cover the shipping charges for replacement good(s) for one exchange.

Items purchased in a clearance sale can be exchanged, but not refunded. Briefs and swimwear are classified as hygiene products and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

It usually takes around two weeks from the time goods are returned to us for any repayment to be made.

Returns

Note which goods the return concerns and put a cross next to "Refund" It is OK to use the shipping bag the goods were delivered in. Once we have received and approved the return we confirm repayment via email. Return should be sent to the address below. Items purchased in a clearance sale can be exchanged, but not refunded.

Exchanges
Return the goods together with a completed return form. The return form can be downloaded from our webshop. Note which goods the return concerns and put a cross next to "Exchange for". Clearly state on the return form the goods and size you wish to exchange to. Please also provide a second choice for the exchange if possible, in case your first preference is out of stock. It is OK to use the shipping bag the goods were delivered in. We will confirm by email when we have received the return and inform you regarding exchange goods and any repayments etc.

Claims
We guarantee that the goods you receive are fault-free when shipped. Should you receive damaged goods, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from collection of the consignment, and provide a detailed description of the fault. The faulty goods must be in an unused condition. Return the goods together with a completed return form, stating clearly that it is a warranty claim. The return form can be downloaded from our webshop. Once we have received the goods and approved the claim we will send your replacement goods if they are in stock and refund your shipping costs. If the goods are not in stock we will return any payment for the goods and refund your shipping costs. In case of dispute, and where the purchaser is a private individual, we refer to ARN (The Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints). We follow their recommendations. Transport damage
If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your post office or when UPS delivers it, you must report it immediately to the shipper concerned. If you discover the damage later on, you may contact us at shop@boobdesign.com. As the customer you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us.

Uncollected goods
We reserve the right to charge for shipping, return shipping, administration and invoicing in respect of uncollected goods.

Stock
We reserve the right not to immediately update the webshop regarding out of stock products.
If one or more of the items in your order are out of stock we will inform you by email.

Price changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices and any incorrect prices before and after handling an order.

Product information
We disclaim any liability for printing errors on our website. We strive to ensure that the presentation of our products is as close to reality as possible when it comes to shape and colours, but we cannot guarantee that all images will exactly reproduce a product's true appearance.

Security and Confidentiality
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means that all orders are encrypted, i.e. secure. BoobDesign AB guarantees that it will never hand over your personal information or email address to third parties except where special grounds exist, e.g. that the police, prosecution service or similar requires the information. Your personal information will be used by us for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations towards you. The delivery address is information our shipping partner will be provided with. You always have freedom of access to the personal information registered about you.

Age limit
If you are under 18 years old you must have your guardian's permission to shop with us.

Applicable law
Disputes arising from these conditions will be ruled on according to Swedish law. BoobDesign AB follows Swedish Consumer Agency recommendations. For further information, visit www.konsumentverket.se.For further information about regulations within the EU, visit www.konsumenteuropa.se.

Force majeure
In the case of force majeure BoobDesign AB's obligations are suspended. If the period of force majeure exceeds two months both the customer and BoobDesign AB have the right to revoke this agreement without any liability to pay damages. Force majeure refers among other things to industrial disputes, illness among personnel, transport disruptions, import/export prohibitions, natural disasters, abnormal market decline, major accidents and blockades etc., regardless of whether they have occurred at BoobDesign AB or one of its suppliers.
