To which countries do you deliver and what will my shipping charges be?
We deliver to all countries within the EU, and to the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, Turkey, Åland Islands, Iceland, Croatia, Faroe Islands, South Africa, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Shipping within Sweden is 79 SEK, within the EU 15 (EUR) and 13 £ (GBP) to the UK.
No shipping charge for orders above 995 SEK within Sweden.
No shipping charge for orders above149   (EUR) within the EU.
No shipping charge for orders above 135 £ (GBP) within the UK.

The US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico - $20 (USD). Applies to all orders.
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Hong Kong and Singapore - $30 (USD). Applies to all orders.
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, Turkey and Åland Islands - 15 € (EUR). Applies to all orders.
Japan, Taiwan, Korea, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Kuwait -19 € (EUR). Applies to all orders.
Iceland, Croatia, Faroe Islands and South Africa - 25 € (EUR). Applies to all orders.

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy are payable by our customers on delivery from the UPS. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How do I place an order?

What size should I order?
You can easily find your size with the help of our size charts.

When do sold out items come back in stock?
You are also always welcome to email us at shop@boobdesign.com to find out if an item you are interested in will be back in stock.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with VISA or Mastercard. If you are shopping from Sweden you can purchase against invoice via Klarna, our invoice partner. If you are shopping from Finland you can also make direct payments via Internet-bank if you have a Nordea connection.

What is the delivery time?
Orders received before 12pm are usually shipped the same or the following day. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 working days for orders outside the EU. Note however that delivery may take longer in a few cases and we reserve the right to take up to 10 working days to complete the delivery. We are not responsible for damage resulting from delivery times being exceeded, but you nevertheless have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of extended delivery time.

I have not received an order confirmation.
Always make sure your email address is correct as this is the usual reason for a confirmation to fail to appear.

How will my order be shipped and where do I collect my parcel?
We ship all deliveries within Sweden by Schenker. Schenker will notify you via your mobile phone regarding service point. Orders from other countries are shipped via UPS. UPS delivers directly to your home address.

How can I track my parcel?
You will receive an order confirmation via email with a package ID/tracking number for your package.

You can easily track the package at www.privatpaket.se if your order is placed within Sweden or at www.ups.com from other countries.

Who may collect my package?
Only you may collect your package from Schenker. ID will be required.

What should I do if I need to return an item?
We hope you love your new clothes but if you, for any reason, would like to return or exchange your clothes we will happily help you at any time within 14 days of receipt. For full returns information and to download a returns form please click here.
